Sessions from photographer to photographer can vary greatly, I like to keep my sessions intimate and friendly, allowing you and your family to relax and be yourselves. Though by nature, photographers must pose their subjects I like to capture the natural moments shared between loved ones, a quick smile, a loving glance, or a brief tickle session. While photos are important to remembering those times we will never get back, it is important to have fun and laugh to get those great memorable pictures. As your photographer I hope to become a friend who you can trust to capture those wonderful moments.
New little ones are so precious, those first few weeks are here and gone in a blink of an eye, and are so important to capture so you can look back with your little ones when they are not so little. I love capturing babies in the first weeks of life in a safe caring and nuturing way. In my newborn sessions mom and dad are welcome to relax within view to see their new memories captured forever.
Whether you have a rambunctious little one or an angel from heaven, I love working with these little ones to capture their curiosity, brightness, and giggles. Like all of my sessions I strive to keep the atmosphere fun and easy going so capturing those moments that are an enjoyable for mom, dad, and little ones.
Family life can sometimes be busy and stressfull, especially when asked to stand in front of a camera and smile. I work my hardest to allow you to forget you worries and keep a fun environment during family shoots to maintain and easy going and relaxing experience.
The one thing I never enjoyed about getting photos was worrying and agonizing over number of prints and sizes. “Should I get that many of this size and this many of that size…” The choice always was hard and it felt like it was set in stone. What if I wanted to change my pictures but did not get any prints of one I now wished I had but could not afford it at the time. Well I feel you should have your images so that you can print the ones you like now and if you change your mind later you can print others. Also you can reprint if something tragic happens to the prints you have. You should be able to look over every one of the images that were taken years down the road and discover nuances that you did not see when you first saw them. These reasons are why I do not offer prints but instead supply you with the gallery of digital images on a USB as well as a gallery where you can instantly share images with family and friends.
