Living in Colorado is new to our family. We’ve almost lived here a year now. We moved here from sunny Arizona. As much as I loved the winters in Arizona I do not miss the summers. So needless to say this has been my first fall photographing here. I’ve learned that weather can change in an instant and when you plan for one thing something else always happens. After this weekends session I decided I will be offering a “Christmas in July” promotion next year to get holiday sessions booked sooner when weather is great. At our session over the weekend it looked beautiful outside but once the wind and chill kicked up….BRR is was cold. The Haley family toughed it out and I did my session as quickly as possible. I think we got some pretty good images even though it was so cold as times I could barely think. Note to self…bring a coat, umbrella, and gloves always in Colorado!!
